Tanzania has one of the best quality cashews in the world but has always been exporting raw cashews. By building an industrial infrastructure & entrepreneurship for processing of cashews, the country will not just gain revenue but will also create opportunities for entrepreneurs, employment for youth and thus growth for the country.
How It Works

It’s a 5 year degree course with complete technical & commercial knowledge for running the business.

Financial Institutions will finance each of the 100 entrepreneurs. They will be provided with a land & latest machinery for setting up their factory.

Kamal Agro will look after procurement of raw material as well as all the operations and logistics.

In these 5 years KAL will take the complete responsibility of buying the finished products.
After 5 years, entrepreneurs are free to continue under the umbrella of Kamal Group or can start on their own.
